Transformational Leadership Coaching
Motivate and inspire your leadership team. Based on individual or organizational needs, a CLEE coach provides coaching support for an educational leader (at any level). Coaching will grow the autonomy and competence of the school leaders to build the capacity of educators to teach, collaborate and lead the work of continuous improvement. Coaching would also help to provide strategic support for leaders in leading the difficult day-to-day managerial aspects of the role.
