Leading Continuous Cycles of Improvement

Teams of educators, including school and district leaders, engage in a transformative process that builds the capacity of educators to use data to identify areas of improvement to increase equity, employ newly-developed collaborative facilitative leadership skills, and lead quick cycles to implement key improvements (e.g., implementing high quality curriculum, increasing evidence- and research-based literacy or math strategies across the curriculum, increasing high and equitable academic and wellbeing outcomes,, etc.) Student participation is encouraged.
