CLEE’s equity audits provide a focused, practical and collaborative approach to assessment and setting direction. Our unique approach facilitates the audit process with the community, rather than to the community. CLEE engages the strength of the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and uses a robust research-based framework to guide the inquiry. The resulting recommendations are both aligned with increasing equity and are within a district’s realm of influence (i.e., a strong instructional core and effective leadership).
